Rubies Batgirl Costume (3-4 Years)

Rubies Batgirl Costume
Size: 3-4 Years
•average signs of general costume wear (loose threads etc)
•fits smaller imo - more 2/3 years (wrist cuffs are tight)
•has velcro spots at waist but I have a belt but doesn’t seem to be the exact one that would attach the the velcro - including the additional belt but you just tie it around the waist (see photo)
•double sided cape
